Deliveries of Office Stationery & Supplies
We can deliver to anywhere in the UK including Northern Ireland, Highlands and Islands.
We have our own friendly drivers for deliveries to the Forest of Dean and Wye Valley, Bristol, Gloucestershire, Herefordshire, Monmouthshire, Gwent and surrounding areas and for delivery further afield we use an excellent next day courier service.
Orders over £30+vat are delivered FREE of charge to the following areas: Gloucestershire, Bristol, Monmouthshire, Herefordshire, Gwent
Orders below £30+vat will incur a £2.95 delivery charge.
Regular business accounts are excluded from this charge.
Collection is available from our Coleford offices (available at checkout). We will contact you when your goods are available.
Orders over £50+vat are delivered FREE of charge to Mainland UK* and Northern Ireland.
Orders below £50+vat will incur a £5.95 delivery charge.
Regular business accounts may be excluded from this charge.
*For delivery to the Scottish Highlands, Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man etc there is a courier delivery flat fee of £25. However, we are always happy to post orders weighing under 5KG or in batches of 5KG. This facility isn’t currently available on our website but if you would like to phone us or email your requirements we will give you the best price possible and make arrangements.
Deliveries of Large/Bulky items and Furniture
Delivery of large/bulky items and furniture to the followingareas free of charge:
Forest of Dean, Gloucestershire, Bristol, Monmouthshire, Hereforeshire, Gwent
Delivery of large/bulky items and furniture to the rest of the Mainland UK incurs a one off flat rate of £25.
Palletised deliveries may be made by an articulated vehicle. Please notify Office5Star of any access issues at the time the order is placed. Failure by the buyer to do so may result in a failed delivery and additional charges being payable for redelivery.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, delivery will be made to the ground floor only. Palletised deliveries will be made to the curb side.
All furniture items received in damaged packaging must be signed for as damaged on receipt, failure to do so may result in the failure of any claim.
Deliveries are made within 3 working days although furniture can take longer.
Order cut off time is 4pm Monday-Friday.
Goods ordered in error
If you find you have ordered a product in error please email to let us know WITHIN 14 days of receipt of goods. You will receive a credit or refund within 30 days. All items must be unused and in original packaging and be returned at your own expense. Goods must be sent by a trackable and signed for service.
Please note: special order items such as furniture and perishable goods are non-returnable.
Delivery has not arrived
If your order has not arrived within 3 working days and you have not had any contact from ourselves with a reason, either phone us email us with your order details and we will find out and let you know what is happening.
Goods are damaged
Should we deliver an item to you that is damaged, broken or faulty on arrival, please advise us by email WITHIN 3 working days of receipt of goods. We will then arrange for the item to be collected and replaced free of charge.
Goods different from what you have ordered
If you receive an item that is different to what you have ordered please advise us by email WITHIN 3 working days of receipt of goods. We will then arrange for the item to be collected and replaced free of charge.
If your order is of a particularly urgent nature, please phone us to let us know so we can give it priority.
