Punched Pockets

Punched pockets are clear plastic pockets, punched with holes down one edge (usually the long side) which allow the pocket to be secured into a presentation ring binder, lever arch file or in fact any folder with a standard 8cm ring mechanism. 4 ring binders are preferable as they stop the pockets slipping to one side.  Once loaded with documents or paper inserts they can form a fantastic quick and economical personalised display folder. The pockets are most commonly available in a anti-glare embossed misty type of plastic (usually polypropylene - hence the name poly pockets) but are also available in what is described as glass clear plastic. The glass clear poly pockets are usually more expensive but they provide a very best professional finish. The most common size is A4 punched pocket, but they are also sold in A1, A3 , A5, and Foolscap. The micron measurement denotes the thickness of the pocket so 40 micron being lightweight and 90 micron being heavy duty punched pockets. Generally available in boxes of 100 but we also provide smaller packs of punched pockets in 10's or 25's. 5 Star Poly Pockets are always a popular choice.
