Hole Punches
Hole Punches are another of the Stationery Cupboards desk top essentials. A clever device that will punch holes in your paper, ready for filing. 2 hole punchers are the most popular, with a distance from the centre of each hole of 8cm. The 8cm gap between file rings will then fit your paper exactly, perfect! 4 hole perforators/punches are often used in conjunction with presentation ring binders, as these binders often hold punched pockets which need a bit more securing than paper. Also available are single/one hole punches and 6 hole punches. Within these categories there will also be lightweight punches that will only punch holes in a few sheets of paper , medium weight punches that will punch holes in around 30 sheets of paper, heavy duty punches that will generally punch holes in about 65 sheets of paper and then super dooper extra heavy duty punches that will punch holes through between 150 - 250 sheets (half a ream!) of paper.
